Before I stepped into the world of wellness, I spent nearly 15 years in the corporate world — working in business development, marketing, and project management.
Becoming a Nutritional Therapist wasn’t part of my original plan… but like so many women in this field, my path was shaped by my own health struggles, and the frustrating lack of real support available to women.
Nearly two decades ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). I was exhausted, anxious, struggling with irregular cycles, and constantly dismissed by healthcare providers. The solution was always the same: birth control. No investigation, no root-cause focus — just a quick fix that left me feeling even more disconnected from my body.
I went through an unnecessary surgical procedure in private healthcare, and when that only made things worse, I reached a turning point. I knew I had to take my health into my own hands.
I began studying nutrition and holistic health practices, and slowly, everything started to shift.
I went from having just two periods a year to experiencing a regular, healthy cycle.
I successfully reversed my PCOS, and as a result, I was able to conceive naturally — something I’d once been told might never be possible.
My energy returned. My anxiety eased. My hormones balanced. And I finally felt at home in my body again.
Why I Do This Work
In 2018, I became a Nutritional Therapist and walked away from my corporate career to support other women who, like me, were tired of feeling unheard, unsupported, and stuck.
Because symptoms like bloating, fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, and hormonal chaos might be common — but they are not normal.
My mission is simple: to help women prioritise themselves, nourish their bodies, and take back control of their health in a way that feels doable, aligned, and long-lasting.
